They provide a virtual marketplace where borrowers and lenders can interact directly, without having to go through the traditional financial intermediaries like banks. Product provider will act like intermediary where companies main work is to find quality borrower with the help of their strong due diligence e.g Profile Verification, Risk Assessment, Physical Verification, Legal Documentation, Loan Monitoring and Collections.

Investment Process:

  • 1. Send documents & details for registration like Pan Card, Address Proof and Cheque along with Nominee Name & Contact Details.
  • 2. Nivesh.com will register the lender on the faircent platform after receiving the details.
  • 3. Faircent has opened a Lenders Escrow account under the trusteeship of IDBI Bank. Lenders need to transfer the amount they wish to invest through Faircent into their Escrow account. The first recharge should be for a minimum amount of Rs. 5000/- and all subsequent recharges should be for a minimum amount of Rs. 500/-.
  • 4. Once the loan transaction with the borrower is complete, Faircent will transfer the amount from the Lender’s Escrow account directly to the borrower’s bank account.
